Hi Ronnie, I’m writing tonight to let you know what exceptional service we’ve had (again!) when staying at Waterfront. Everyone is cooperative, friendly, and helpful. I got cross with myself on Monday morning, because I opened up my computer case only to discover that my charger (the electrical lead) had been left behind in Auckland! Mike was just phenomenal in trying to help me. Kim has also been supremely helpful. We had a number of little requests and “missions”. When I went in to ask about something, I learnt that she had just had nine guests check in within an hour period! Yet she remained friendly and calm. Ronnie, I know you must get plenty of positive comments about Kim and Mike. Mine wouldn’t be anything new, but I do believe it’s important to give feedback when service is excellent. It makes such a difference in the quality of the stay.
Thank you so much for Friday night. The travel agents were absolutely raving about the place and one said having such a lovely dinner in such wonderful surroundings was the highlight of her trip!
