You’ll be able to contact your Luxury Adventures agent or representative via phone, Whatsapp or email. So if you have any problems or a change of plans there will be someone to take care of it.
Absolutely, we can arrange anything from babysitting, restaurant bookings, theatre tickets and spa & beauty appointments through to organising additional activities, groceries delivered to your accommodation or if you have a special occasion, such as a birthday or honeymoon during your time in one of our destinations we offer a gift buying service. These are just some of the requests we can fulfil. We also have excellent guides who are professional, knowledgeable and who will show you the best New Zealand, Australia, Tahiti, Fiji and the Cook Islands has to offer.
Our preferred method of payment is by direct bank transfer (telegraphic transfer). We also accept credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, China UnionPay (CUP), Discover & Diners, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB),). Please note that a 3% credit card processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.
Not unless specified. Usually our packages are land only i.e. once you reach your first destination. However if you would like a quotation for international air please let us know.
All of the accommodations we utilze and recommend are able to cater for all dietary needs where necessary, including cultural & religious needs along with allergies and general likes & dislikes.
