Sushi & Sashimi Master Class at Flying Fish Restaurant offers private Sushi and Sashimi Master Classes inside the restaurant at the Raw Bar overlooking Sydney Harbour. The Master Class will be run by one of our qualified chefs and includes;
– How to select the best quality sashimi fish
– Learning knife skills to cut the fish
– Preparing sushi rice and condiments
– Assembling your own platter of Sushi and Sashimi and Sushi and Sashimi Recipes to take home.
You will enjoy a glass of sparkling wine as you prepare and dine on your creations at the Raw Bar, followed by a Dessert Tasting plate and a bottle of sommelier’s choice wine for $150 per person (minimum 2 guests).
The classes will be held Tuesday, Thursday at 5pm and Saturday at 4.30pm and can accommodate two to twelve guests.
