Payment

To confirm your package Luxury Adventures requires a deposit of 25% of the total package cost which is non refundable.

A further 10% deposit is also required at time of booking, this is fully refundable until 90 days prior to your trip begins.

Full payment for the package is required 60 days before tour commencement. If a booking is made less than 60 days before tour commencement, then payment is required in full at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in NZ dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 15%. Payment can be made by direct bank (telegraphic) transfers, or credit card. Prices are for cash payment, credit card payments will incur a fee.

For group bookings (4 or more couples):

To confirm a group booking a deposit of 25%  non refundable deposit is required. 

A further 10% deposit is also required at time of booking, this is fully refundable until 180 days prior to your trip begins, at which point it then becomes non refundable.

Balance payments are due with 15% at 180 days, 25% at 120 days and 25% at 90 days. 

Group cancellations: 

80-91 days prior:

50% of the package price will be refunded (excluding the non refundable portions)

90-76 days prior:

25% of the package price will be refunded (excluding the non refundable portions)

Inside 75 days prior:

There will be no refund
