Day 1 – 12th April 2025
Upon arrival in Queenstown you’ll be privately transferred to your accommodation. Enjoy the day at your leisure.
If time permits, you could take The Rees Hotel complimentary shuttle into town. Perhaps head up the Gondola for lunch and a spot of down hill luging! The view is spectacular. Please let us know if you’d like this to be added to your itinerary.

Day 2 – 13th April 2025
Enjoy the morning at your leisure.
This afternoon it is time for the spectacular Milford Ultimate private helicopter experience. This tour offers stunning aerial views of Fiordland’s majestic peaks, waterfalls, and pristine wilderness. With 4 landings along the way, this is an unforgettable experience.

Day 3 – 14th April 2025
Today take the hotel complimentary shuttle to the Station Building in Queenstown to check for the Shotover River White Water Rafting and Jet Boat experience. The adventure starts with a 1.5-hour journey down the Shotover River, navigating grade 1 and 2 rapids, before being whisked away by a high-speed jet boat for thrilling 360-degree spins and speeds of up to 80 km/h, adding even more excitement to your river adventure.

Day 5 – 16th April 2025
This morning take a 5 minute walk from your accommodation to the Dart River Visitor Centre to check in for your Dart River Funyak Safari This is a full-day adventure through Mount Aspiring National Park, featuring an exciting jet boat ride, a guided Funyak (inflatable canoe) journey along pristine rivers, a gourmet riverside picnic.

Day 6 – 17th April 2025
Have the morning at your leisure. You will then be privately transferred back to Queenstown Airport for your flight back to Australia.

*References to other currencies are estimates based on exchange rates current at the time of preparing your quote. The actual amount in your local currency will depend on exchange rates applicable on the day of booking/payment.
Payment
To confirm your package Luxury Adventures requires a deposit of 25% of the total package cost. This booking deposit is non-refundable.
*Luxury Adventures requires a further 10% deposit at time of booking. This is fully refundable until 90 days prior to tour commencement.
The deposit secures airfares, accommodation and activity bookings etc. Full payment for the package is required 60 days before tour commencement. If a booking is made less than 60 days before tour commencement, then payment is required in full at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in NZ dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 15%. Payment can be made by direct bank (telegraphic) transfers, or credit card. Payments made by credit card will incur a transaction fee of 2%. Our preferred method of payment is by direct bank (Telegraphic) transfer.
