The three other private and secluded villas each have their own distinct character: the romance and contemporary architecture of Seascape in its own bay, the historic hilltop charm of Shepherd’s Cottage, and the stunning seaside location of Scrubby Bay, a large cedar-clad beach house for gatherings of up to 14 people.

The homestead was built in the 1880s, and the Annandale has been lovingly restored to create a luxurious five-bedroom home in a private and tranquil setting.
