Your Helicopter will later return and pick you up from the Fiordland Jewel where you will head off and discover impressive ice falls and secluded alpine lakes complete with a glacier landing (subject to weather). Lift off once again and fly over the isolated West Coast beach where you’ll see the truly rugged nature of this untamed region before heading down the Milford Sound fiord & shutting down at Lake Quill. This will allow you to explore one of Fiordland’s most stunning hidden gems in a remote location where you’ll enjoy a gourmet picnic before returning to Queenstown via Mt Aspiring National Park and Skippers Canyon.
