Day 1 – 17th October 2025
Arrive at Auckland International Airport (own arrangements). You will be privately transferred to your accommodation on the Viaduct.

Day 3 – 19th October 2025
Today you will be transferred to Auckland Airport for your flight to the Bay of Islands. On arrival you will be privately transferred to your accommodation. Settle in & enjoy your fruit platter & bottle of Champagne.

- Two nights in a Laneway Room at Hotel Britomart, Auckland

Payment
To confirm your package Luxury Adventures requires a deposit of 25% of the total package cost which is non refundable*
Full payment for the package is required 60 days before tour commencement. If a booking is made less than 60 days before tour commencement, then payment is required in full at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in NZ dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 15%. Payment can be made by direct bank (telegraphic) transfers, or credit card. Payments made by credit card will incur a transaction fee of 2%.
Cancellations
It is recommended that you take out travel insurance covering cancellation. 25% of the total cost of the package is in any event nonrefundable. In the event of a cancellation more than 90 days prior to tour commencement there will be a refund of 10%. In the event of a cancellation 60 to 90 days prior to tour commencement there will be no refund. In the event of a cancellation 30 to 59 days prior to tour commencement, we will refund 50% of the package price (excluding the 35% non refundable portion). In the event of a cancellation 29 days or less prior to tour commencement, there will be no refund. This cancellation policy is subject to change during peak season and special events, in this case you will be notified prior to confirmation of booking.
