Experience fine dining prepared exclusively by a New Zealand born, British-trained chef. All produce is locally grown, caught or obtained from Marlborough and surrounding areas, including wild game from the Marlborough ranges and fresh salmon from the Marlborough Sounds.

Your hosts Margaret and Bill have semi retired from Auckland where they owned and operated another delicatessen, cafe and catering company. Margaret’s passion and love is food, hospitality, and meeting new people and their needs. She has many years of experience in catering and owned & operated a Bed and Breakfast in Queenstown.
