Western Australia
Western Australia has some fantastic climbing. As it is such a huge state (biggest in Australia) the climbing is very diverse ranging from seacliffs and multi-pitch walls to boulders and quarries. Around Perth there are a lot of crags within one hours drive. Most of it is on granite boulders in the Perth hills South of Perth is the south-western region. Margaret River is a good base to access all the crags around here. There are the pretty, atmospheric, granite sea-side cliffs of Willyabrup, Moses Rock and a few other smaller cliffs. Also in this region are the limestone sport crags of Bob\’s Hollow and Wallcliffe.

New South Wales
Less than two hours drive from Sydney you will find plenty of climbing at the Blue Mountains, Nowra, Point Perpendicular & much more.

Queensland
The premier climb in Queensland would have to be Frog Buttress with its many and varied cracks. The Great Dividing Range runs close to the entire length of Queensland and here is where most of the climbing crags of Queensland are located.

South Australia
The Flinders Ranges are home to some world-renowned rock climbing destinations so if you are a serious climber this is the destination for you. If you would like to take it down a notch than experiencing the challenge and thrill of rock climbing and abseiling in Morialta Conservation Park is for you. Just 25 minutes from the Adelaide city centre, you can be among a beautiful area of natural bush land.

Tasmania
Some of the most popular climbing spots are Mount Wellington\’s Organ Pipes near Hobart, White Water Wall and the Hazards at Freycinet, the Cataract Gorge in Launceston and Frenchman\’s Cap in the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage area.
