Accommodation Kippilaw House is an eco friendly victorian style brand new villa and was constructed in 2007 by local Picton craftsmen. It provides an exceptional accommodation and dining experience - luxury accommodation in Picton Marlborough. Experience fine dining prepared exclusively by a New Zealand born, British-trained chef. All produce is locally grown, caught or obtained from Marlborough and surrounding areas, including wild game from the Marlborough ranges and fresh salmon from the Marlborough Sounds. Enjoy in-season food that is locally sourced and prepared in keeping with rural New Zealand traditions. Gourmet breakfast with the menu changing every day.

Your hosts Margaret and Bill have semi retired from Auckland where they owned and operated another delicatessen, cafe and catering company. Margaret's passion and love is food, hospitality, and meeting new people and their needs. She has many years of experience in catering and owned & operated a Bed and Breakfast in Queenstown.

Facilities: Fine linen, A private bathroom with walk in shower, Lots of fluffy towels, Tea and coffee making facilities, large guests-only lounge with a comfortable leather lounge suite and lovely old furniture, fridge/ice-machine and T.V for your exclusive use. Also available is a library and games. We have everything you need to rest up and relax after a busy day.

Cancellation Policy: Due to our intimate size, any cancellation affects us significantly. If your confirmed booking is cancelled within one month of arrival date, we refund 50% of your total tariff. If within one week we do not refund any tariff. However every effort will be made to rebook your cancelled room and if successful a refund will be made.
