Tariff Includes: Accommodation and each house is stocked with a number of complimentary items: limited jams and spreads, olive oil, salt and pepper, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, BBQ sauce, fresh ground coffee, good range of standard and herbal teas, hand and shower soaps, shampoo and conditioners, all cooking equipment

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation of reservations by the client must be provided in writing to LifeTime Private Retreats, and are subject to payment of the cancellation fees set out below and will be effective only upon written acknowledgement by LifeTime Private Retreats. If a cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, LifeTime Private Retreats will refund the deposit paid or a full refund of monies will be made paid where applicable. If a cancellation is received between 60 days and 30 days before the arrival date, LifeTime Private Retreats will retain or charge the full deposit (being 30% of the accommodation cost) as the cancellation fee. If a cancellation is received 30 days or less prior to the arrival date but at least 15 days before the arrival date, a charge 50% of the booking cost is the cancellation fee. If a cancellation is received less than 15 days prior to the arrival date, a charge 100% of the booking cost is the cancellation fee.
