Each is named and themed after the elements; Ahi (fire), Whenua (earth), Matangi (air) and Moana (water). Ideal for couples (although each apartment can accommodate up to four people in two double or twin bedrooms), with open-plan living and kitchen areas complemented by extensive decking. Ahi and Whenua overlook the ocean, whilst Matangi and Moana have stunning views into native bush, with ocean views from the decks.Each apartment has some or all of the following as standard:Meals may be ordered and are served in-room (Click here for sample menus), or take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen to self-cater. Cancellation Policy: In order to confirm a reservation, we require credit card details and a deposit of 20% of the total accommodation cost. Deposits can be paid by bank transfers in NZ$ or credit card. Full payment for accommodation is required on arrival. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival will be accepted with credit card details. In the event of a cancelled booking which we are unable to replace, the following charges will apply: If cancelled within thirty days of arrival then 50% of the total cost of the booking will be charged, and if cancelled within 7 days of arrival, then 100% of the cost will be charged. Check-in from 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival; check-out by 11.00 a.m. on day of departure. Later check-outs by arangement for which an additional charge may be made.
