Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation of a reservation should be made at least 7 days in advance. No cancellation charge will be incurred in this instance. If the cancellation is made within 7 days notice, then a 50% charge may be incurred for holding that Villa/s with insufficient notice of cancellation, at the discretion of Vintners Retreat. If a guest fails to cancel a reservation and fails to arrive then the full accommodation charge may be incurred, again at the discretion of Vintners Retreat.
