Cancellation Policy: All cancellations at Thirty-one degrees must be received in writing. If your cancellation is received 30 days or more prior to arrival the full deposit will be returned less $100.00 which covers administration costs. If your cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to arrival then no refund will be returned. If the property is re-let using the same accommodation rate, a refund less $100.00 will be refunded.
