Baillies Sydney is announced as the third property in the Baillie Lodges portfolio of exceptional luxury lodges. The creation of an iconic hotel requires significant and detailed planning. Esteemed architects tonkin zulaikha greer have been engaged under the clever direction of Tim Greer. The firm has extensive experience in both contemporary Australian design and heritage projects.

Baillies Sydney is set to be a celebration of style, intimate luxury and contemporary design. It will be a drawcard for the high end experiential traveller to stay and embrace The Rocks as their Sydney base. We will herald a new and exciting addition to the fabric of The Rocks, enhancing the area’s reputation as a premium experience for the high end traveller.

Suite tariffs (double) will range from $1,200 to $3,000 per night inclusive of gourmet breakfast, open bar and in-suite bar, evening cocktails and canapés, airport transfers and town car service. Currently in the design stage, Baillies Sydney is set to open in mid 2014. Travellers can expect luxurious lodgings with all the trappings for which Baillie Lodges’ are renowned.
