Otahuna Lodge Canterbury
Otahuna is back on deck and offering Winter Cookery Lessons.

Otahuna Lodge will offer local guests unique insights into its celebrated food and wine programme during a series of cooking demonstration lessons. These lessons – limited to a maximum of only ten guests each – will offer participants the chance to learn first-hand cooking secrets and practical techniques from Executive Chef Jimmy McIntyre.

Jimmy has been the Executive Chef at Otahuna Lodge for 8 years, having been profiled in numerous publications such as Cuisine, Taste, Australian Gourmet Traveller and Dish. His “potager to plate” philosophy utilises the freshest local ingredients, drawing upon the year-round selection from Otahuna’s 2-acre organic potager garden and orchard.
