Cancellation Policy: Cancellation fees for accommodation at Longitude 131° are as follows: - 30 days or more prior to arrival: Nil - 29-15 days prior to arrival: 50% of contract rate for 1 night only per room cancelled - 14 days or less prior to arrival: contract rate for cancelled nights, ticket price on pre-booked day tours and any transfers. Cancellation fees are payable within 14 days of the cancellation. If a deposit has been paid, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit and the balance of the deposit will be returned to the participant
