If cancellation occurs more than 24 hours but less than 14 days before arrival, 50% refund of total amount is available, less $50.00 administration levy. If cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours notice there will be no refund available.No refunds given for early departures. There is a “no refund” policy for peak periods such as Easter, Jazz Festival week-end and Christmas and New Year.
