John's House is currently developing two Par 3 golf holes, a chip and putt green and full size croquet green. The very expansive lawn areas provide ample opportunity for wedding, anniversary and birthday celebrations - this Hawkes Bay cottage is a fantastic venue for any celebration.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled reservation the following applies: No cancellation charge, if cancelled 30 days or more before guests’ expected arrival date; For cancellations made within 30 days of the expected date of arrival a 25% charge applies; Cancellations made within seven days of the expected arrival date attract a 75% charge and; No-shows are charged 100% of the total booking. These cancellation fees are at the discretion of the management and will only apply if we are unable to replace the scheduled booking.
