Cancellation Policy: In the event we are unable to replace a cancelled booking the following charges apply at Black Barn Cottage: if cancelled within 30 days of arrival 50% of the total cost of the booking will be charged and if cancelled within 7 days of arrival then 100% of the total cost of the booking will be charged.
