The world class luxury villas at Eagles Nest are the perfect venue for a vacation, honeymoon, elegant wedding or customised special event. Each unique self-contained villa can be booked alone or in combination. Sacred Space and First Light Temple, on each side of the pool, spa and sauna, accommodate up to ten people. The entire Eagles Nest estate accommodates up to 22 people.

Sacred Space: The heart of Eagles Nest. Casually elegant, the large 2 storey glass-roofed living area transforms gracefully from relaxed living to formal dining and then into your own private movie theatre at night. Sacred Space features three unique suites, all with ensuites, original art and antique furnishings. The commodious Kingfisher Suite occupies the entire upstairs and enjoys four exposures, all with superb views its open plan gourmet kitchen adjoins the dining and lounge areas and all open onto beautiful outdoor-decks and living areas including the pool and spa on the east.
First Light: Growing out of the hillside overlooking the pool and magnificent sea scapes is the ultimate honeymoon suite, an idyllic retreat for two. Absolutely stunning and romantic, you will never want to leave! First Light Temple was completed in 2001 with the latest simplicity and elegance of international high fashion. The mezzanine bedroom enjoys spectacular views, has a floor to ceiling glass shower in the ensuite and skylight over the bed. The main floor has indoor and outdoor fireplaces and walls of glass bifold doors that open onto a stunning balcony on three sides.
The Eyrie and Eagle Spirit: Both homes are on their own private almost three acre property and are within walking distance from First Light Temple and Sacred Space. The Eyrie and Eagle Spirit feature three ensuited bedrooms, open plan living/dining rooms with romantic fire places and designer kitchen, all opening onto large sun-set decks over looking the beautiful Bay of Islands. Both homes have their own horizon edge swimming pools and accommodate three couples or a family. Eagles Nest does accept families with small children and can arrange baby-sitters.

Facilities: Facilties vary for each villa but include the likes of a 20 meter horizon-edge heated lap pool, spa, sauna, 3 metre Big Screen TV, CDs, DVDs, videos, choice of walking tracks through beautiful native bush, some leading to private secluded beaches. We arrived at Eagles Nest somewhat sceptical as it all sounded fabulous and too good to be true. However it was even better than portrayed in literature and on the internet. What an amazing place. Attention to detail is superb with the best of quality in every respect. The location is perfection providing total privacy and amazing views. We cannot praise it too highly. Management were incredibly helpful in all respects.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings cancelled at Eagles Nest within 30 days of arrival are entitled to a 75% refund of the total stay. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total stay, except December and January, when 100% of the total stay will be charged if cancellation is within 14 days of arrival.
