Bathrooms are contemporary, with modern fixtures, walk in showers, hand made custom toiletries, lots of fluffy cotton towels, heated towel rails, and personal bathrobes. The Provence Suite also has a spa bath.

Facilities: There is complimentary Port, chocolates, a selection of teas, freshly ground coffee, and Carol's homemade Ricciarelli cookies, as well as a complimentary mini bar with chilled wine, beer and mineral water. All suites have Television, DVD, and music, with an in house selection of CD's and DVD Movies. Complimentary wireless internet, and a guest computer are available for exclusive use by guests.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that we are unable to replace your cancelled booking, a cancellation fee amounting to 20% of the applicable room rate will be applied for each room night cancelled withing 30 days of the scheduled date of arrival. Where cancellation occurs within 14 days , 50% will apply and within 7 days of the scheduled date of arrival or when guest fails to arrive, a cancellation fee of 100% applies
