Calypso is a luxuriously appointed holiday home with spectacular views over Long Beach with an added bonus of a summer infinity lap pool set in a very quiet and private location. A private road leads you up to Calypso where you are surrounded by beautiful natural bush. There are panoramic unobstructed views of the coast, the land, the ocean and Long Beach, one of the safest swimming beaches in Russell.

From this advantageous position you will hear the waves from Long Beach below, whilst, at night, Kiwis can be heard foraging in the bush. Calypso faces north and is not overlooked therefore it offers total privacy. The expansive cedar decking and terracing has spectacular views of the sea and coast and can be enjoyed from sunrise to sunset, whether from the lounging decks or from the summer pool and barbecue areas.

Facilities: The house sleeps 6 - there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 single, the master bedroom has spectacular views with a king-size bed, full walk-in shower, his & hers vanities and a free standing bath and the bedroom 2 features a queen size bed and single with a bathroom next door., the 3rd bedroom has a single bed, large open plan living, expansive deck, the is a stunning kitchen which has been equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven, and cooking utilities. If you have to work whilst on holiday there is a study with direct broadband/WI-FI access. There is SKY TV & DVD.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 30 days of the peak holiday season (15 Dec - 28 Feb) are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total reserved accommodation. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival for shoulder or off peak periods are subject to a 30% cancellation fee of the total reserved accommodation. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No cancellations are accepted upon, during or after the day of arrival, in which case you will be charged for the total of your reserved stay, if a replacement booking/s can not be secured. BOIHA will acknowledge all cancellations in writing. Cancellations outside 30 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of 2.5% of the value charged to any credit card for the deposit and the refund. Once all parties have accepted a booking confirmation, any requests to alter dates already confirmed are subject to the holiday home property owners agreement. Changes to confirmed bookings will incur an administration fee of $50.00. BOIHA will acknowledge all amendments/changes/cancellations in writing.
