Cancellation Policy: Matakauri Lodge is a small exclusive retreat and late cancellations have a significant impact. If a reservation is cancelled and in the event that we are unable to replace the booking , the following applies: Clients cancelling between 30-7 days = 25% cancellation fee, Clients cancelling within 7 days = 100% cancellation fee
