Tariff Includes: rate includes personal meet and greet, welcome breakfast basket, all linen, light daily service, a check out clean, and use of two mountain bikes. Porsche Cayenne and/or Toyota Prado can be made available if required.

Cancellation Policy: For bookings made more than 30 days in advance a 25% deposit of the total amount due and a signed copy of these terms and conditions are required to confirm your reservation. The 25% deposit is non refundable. The final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. A 100% cancellation fee for every room night cancelled applies if you cancel 30 days or less prior to your arrival.
For bookings made 30 days or less in advance of your arrival, full payment and a signed copy of these booking terms and conditions are required at the time of booking. A 100% cancellation fee for every room night cancelled within this period applies.
Once the deposit, or full payment, and the signed booking terms and conditions form are received by us your booking will be confirmed and we will send you your booking confirmation with the property address and directions. If appropriate payment and the signed booking form are not received we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
We encourage all our guests to take out cancellation policy insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans. All cancellations must be made in writing.
