Ewingsdale Luxury Private Villa is situated in Byron Bays greenest, quietest and most elite suburb of Ewingsdale, just 5 minutes drive from the beach and cafes of Byron and 10 minutes from the heritage town of Bangalow. Ewingsdale is Byrons best kept secret, with substantial houses nestled amongst large established gardens in a semi rural setting. The villa is reached by driving down a country lane through subtropical rainforest pockets and is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac . The villa and pool have panoramic views to Byron, the sea and the lighthouse, and with the binoculars you can see if the surfs worth a visit ! It also affords stunning views to the mountains with glorious sunrises and sunsets. The villa is truly 5 plus stars . It is owned by an interior designer and her interiors photographer husband; accordingly the decor is one of comfortable sophistication and refinement. The villa has a southern Mediterranean design, with a definite Tuscan feel. The kitchen is a gourmet cooks delight; light and airy, with granite tops, modern country in feel, with European appliances and all the usual mod cons and more. There is a large informal kitchen eating area and very comfortable in kitchen lounge area. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 with ensuites, and a total of 4 bathrooms and a powder room, all with marble finishes. The main upstairs bedroom has a massive egg shaped bath, juliette balconies, air conditioning, beautiful décor and stunning views. The main downstairs bedroom, with Laura Ashley furnishings is air conditioned and has disabled facilities plus a balcony. There are two downstairs bedrooms, both with double beds and fans which share a beautiful bathroom with balcony.

The pool house has a large daybed with it’s own ensuite and fantastic views to Cape Byron. The large 6 burner stainless steel bbq is situated close to the pool for casual entertaining and informal dining. There is a large Mediterranean style terrace, with a variety of sitting and eating areas where you can take in some great views of Byron for a truly alfresco dining experience. The rather grand formal lounge is very comfortable and contains a 42inch plasma TV with surround sound and a high quality stereo. The formal dining room is very sumptuous and ornate, with a large 10 seater mahogany dining table and other beautiful antique furniture, a wonderful space to enjoy a special meal. There is a two car garage and off street parking for several cars. This villa definitely offers a truly luxurious setting for the more discerning guest. Both Byron Bay and Bangalow offer a great selection of 5 star dining and many excellent cafes. The whole area is awash with things to do and world class white sand beaches.
