Each apartment features three double bedrooms with the flexibility of split Queen beds allowing bedding configurations to suit all groups. With floor to ceiling windows, in-room heating, electric blankets and sumptuous carpets the bedrooms are havens of tranquility. Each apartment has two large bathrooms, with each master bedroom boasting a luxurious ensuite with rainhead shower. The family bathrooms enjoy spa baths and separate rainhead showers. There is a further guest toilet on the main living floor. With large open plan living, dining and kitchen areas the apartments are spacious and airy. Features in both apartments include schist stone fireplaces with gas fires, heat pumps, fully fitted kitchens and floor to ceiling double glazed windows. Each apartment also has a separate study complete with desk, chair and internet access. Both apartments enjoy spacious outdoor decks complete with outdoor furniture and bbqs so guests can enjoy outdoor living at its best. Cancellation Policy: The Aurum Lane Luxury Apartments have a no smoking and no pets policy. A minimum stay of three nights is required when booking, with a five night minimum over the Christmas and New Year period. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total cost. Cancellations within 14 days incur 100% charge for every room night cancelled. If we can re-book the space a refund will be made. All cancellations must be made in writing. We advise all guests to take out cancellation insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans.
