Tariff Includes: Minimum Stay Requirements: 3 nights - Christmas/New Year 7 nights. Price is based on 4 people, up to 2 additional people can stay for $50 per person per night. The house is not suitable for children under 10 years of age, does not allow pets, and is Smoke free.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 30 days of the peak holiday season (15 Dec - 28 Feb) are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total reserved accommodation. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival for shoulder or off peak periods are subject to a 30% cancellation fee of the total reserved accommodation. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations outside 30 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of 2.5% of the value charged to any credit card for the deposit and the refund. Changes to confirmed bookings will incur an administration fee of $50.00.
