Facilities: Glass walls and French doors opening onto expansive wooden decks help create a sense of walking on water. In summer, enjoy some time nature watching from Kaimata’s private waterfront and in winter, admire your view beside the ambience of an open fire in the guest lounge. All rooms are north facing. Spacious open plan living includes dining area with a large 8 seat dining table and well-equipped kitchen stocking food essentials. Under floor heating keeps the Retreat and guestrooms warm during winter. Laundry facilities include iron with ironing board and a 24 hour dry clean service. Rooms serviced every third day unless requested otherwise, Retreat serviced daily. Kaimata's DVD and CD selection offers a great opportunity to view New Zealand influenced and Made in Aotearoa (New Zealand) material. Satellite TV, excellent quality sound system, iPod / MP3 docking, and internet service is also available. Business services include fax, printing and photocopying. Cancellation Policy: Kaimata is a small exclusive retreat and cancellations have an impact on us. In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled reservation the following applies: Reservations cancelled within thirty days of arrival are entitled to a 75% refund of the total reservation. Cancellation within 48 hours or a 'no show' the full amount of the booking will be charged. Cancellation charges and any refunds will be made to the credit card number obtained with your booking confirmation.
