Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy (excludes Festive Season) Cancellations or amendments within 28 days of the arrival date are subject to a cancellation penalty equal to ONE (1) night’s accommodation at the contracted rate. Any additional monies paid at this time will be refunded less the ONE (1) nights accommodation. Cancellations or amendments within 14 days of the arrival date, “No Shows” or early departures are subject to a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the total cost of all nights booked at the contracted rate. Festive Season Cancellation Policy This policy applies to all bookings during the period 20 December 2007 – 5 January 2008. Cancellations or amendments between 60 days and 46 days from the arrival date are subject to a cancellation penalty equal to ONE (1) night’s accommodation at the contracted rate. Any additional monies paid at this time will be refunded less the ONE (1) nights accommodation. Cancellations or amendments between 45 days and 31 days from the arrival date are subject to a cancellation penalty equal to 75% of the total cost of all nights booked at the contracted rate. Cancellations or amendments within 30 days of the arrival date, “No Shows” or early departures are subject to a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the total cost of all nights booked at the contracted rate.
