The two private Villas at The Point Villas are available to individuals or groups for their exclusive use. Guests may totally relax and capture the ultimate holiday experience within the spacious interiors (1900 sq ft each), cleverly designed to blend with the natural surroundings, giving a feeling of space and privacy.

The Point Villas are elegantly furnished with antique oak furniture and seagrass leather lounge suites, each with two bedrooms with ensuites, large living/dining areas, plus beautifully-appointed kitchen and full laundry. The living and dining areas lead onto private decks and terraces, and large bedrooms open into glorious Italian travertine stone and double-glazed glass bathrooms. These give an exhilarating sense of showering or bathing outdoors in the seclusion of the New Zealand native bush. The kitchens at The Point Villas are fitted with the finest European appliances that will delight the keenest culinary guest. Full daily catering is available or the kitchens can be pre-stocked with provisions as requested. Dining options range from self-catering to full service utilising the talents of a first-class chef. Villa 1 has a 12 meter heated lap pool with mineralised ( potassium & magnesium water...no requirement for goggles rinsing swim suits etc.

Tariff Includes: Tariff includes accommodation and use of on site facilities

Cancellation Policy: In the event we are unable to replace a cancelled booking at The Point Villas then 25% of the tariff will be charged for every room night cancelled if the cancellation is received anywhere between 14-30 days prior to arrival. 100% of the tariff will be charged for every room night cancelled if received within 14 days of arrival. . This is increased to 30 days over main holiday periods.
