Greenhill Lodge is set amongst 30 acres of picturesque park like grounds commanding panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Greenhill - The Lodge is unquestionably fit for a Queen, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother stayed in the homestead in 1958 during her tour of New Zealand. "Greenhill" and "Little Greenhill" are two luxury self catering villas. These villas can be booked independently or collectively for larger groups. Greenhill is the historic homestead; its five bedrooms with private ensuites afford uxury accommodation for up to ten people. Little Greenhill is a separate villa independent of the main homestead, it has two bedrooms and bathrooms perfect for up to four people. By utilsing both villas groups of up to fourteen can be accommodated.

Little Greenhill - This villa is privately located within the grounds of Greenhill. The villa has two bedrooms, the master has a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and an adjacent bathroom. There is an extensive deck with expansive rural views, feature log fire and even an outdoor bath for adventurous romantics.

Facilities: Greenhill Lodge has a fully equipped gymnasium which affords a sensational view of Te Mata Peak and the surrounding countryside, outdoor swimming pool, spa room and petanque piste for guests convenience, billiard room library of New Zealand books, internet access.

Cancellation Policy: No cancellation charge, if cancelled 30 days before guest's arrival date at Greenhill Lodge. 25% of the total cost will be charged for every room night cancelled within 30 days before guest's arrival. 100% of the total cost will be charged for every room night cancelled within 7 days.
