The Boathouse is a private luxury one-bedroom suite with lunch area and bathroom, set on the beach, and also features a 42" Plasma TV, sky TV, tea/coffee and mini-bar facilities. The Loft offers total privacy in a one-bedroom suite format, with lunch area and bathroom. The Loft also features tea/coffee and mini-bar facilities, sky TV, and is within a short stroll of the beach.

Cancellation Policy: In respect to the exclusive nature of the Omata Estate property, it is necessary to charge a cancellation fee of 25 percent of the total cost of the stay to our guests should they cancel the booking within 30 days of their arrival date. In the event that the cancellation takes place within seven days of the arrival date, the guest will incur a charge for the full amount of their stay.
