The Penthouse at 25 On The Terrace - a new, spacious, luxuriously appointed split level apartment situated at the top of Queenstown Hill. It is one of two penthouses, in a six apartment complex. It has the ability to sleep 8 people - master bedroom with ensuite, a queen bedroom with ensuite, a queen bedroom (which splits into singles) with an adjoining bathroom and a study which has a large luxury couch which pulls out to make a further queen bed. The apartment enjoys superior views over Queenstown Bay, Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. The penthouse has under floor heating, a gas fire in the lounge, and outdoor gas fire on the main balcony, broadband access, internal garaging for vehicles, lift access and a ski locker in the basement.
