Kay Campbell is fabulous. Every step of the way, Kay was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and proactive. My husband and I scheduled this trip as our leave from a deployment in Iraq. Kay took great care for us from the planning process, checking the vacation process so that it would go smoothly and even juggling changes in unforeseen circumstances (which impressed me the most). The accommodations were outstanding ~ each place was extremely beautiful, sophisticated and very unique.  The views of the lakes and Pacific Ocean were breathtaking, and the level of customer service was unparelled.  Each place was so small and intimate that the proprietors knew our names and what types of food we preferred.  The personal chef even made us separate meals so that my husband could try more adventurous dishes than I liked!   We loved the variety and uniqueness of each experience, and the small and intimate settings of the accomodations.
We did some very special activities that we would never have even considered, or known how to book, on our own.  For example, we spent a day sailing in the Pacific Ocean and exploring a private island, we went horseback riding in the mountains, and had a day on a small private plane touring a working sheep farm.  We had our own personal guide for most of the activities, so we got to tailor the day to the types of activities we enjoyed.
This was truly the trip of a lifetime, and we are very grateful for your effort and considerable expertise!  The trip was worth every penny, and we would highly recommend your company to others!!!
